Between 2000-2010 Pakistan has lost 430,000 hectares of forest with 75 million trees cut a year. It is imperative that Pakistan makes climate change a priority. DeliveTree is a Tree Revival Engagement Enterprise to counter deforestation in Pakistan. At DeliveTree we plant and monitor the growth of native and suitable trees for the local environment. Our target is to grow and sustain 15 million trees in Lahore and 30 million trees in Punjab.
DeliveTree is the Official Tree Monitoring Platform for Greening Lahore working with the Prime Minister’s Clean & Green Initiative working in conjunction with Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) to create a Green Belt and Oxygen Pockets in and around Lahore. Parks and Horticulture Authority PHA provide their assistance and upkeep of the newly planted local indigenous species of Punjab.
